Erasmus+ Internship at Ecogestus in Portugal

Meet Nino Tabatadze graduate of VILNIUS TECH Faculty of Environmental Engineering and discover her story of internship at Ecogestus in Portugal.

Erasmus+ is one of those adventures which can't be forgotten. It makes students improve personal and soft skills, self-confidence, intercultural understanding, and maturity due to their time spent abroad. The whole time of the internship was full of new experiences, discoveries, exploring the country – its culture, people’s character, the beauty of the country, and of course, making new friends who helped with some issues too.

The environment in my company was pretty good, the office was calm and cozy with a beautiful porch full of plants, the owner of the company/supervisor was a friendly and helping person, whom you could ask help for in case you needed some materials needed for tasks.  

Also, Figueira da Foz is a compact place, you will find great Atlantic beaches in the town!

And for sure, the Erasmus+ internship is the most meaningful in a professional way, because the right country and company that you choose, determine how interesting and useful the experience will come out. Moreover, the working environment and colleagues have essential importance to the internship result: attitude, how they’d love to share their knowledge and experience with trainees.

To sum up, I can say that the Erasmus+ experience always has а great importance that lasts the entire life!
